A Mecca for beer lovers!
With 79 tap handles — 70 that will be craft beers and the other nine being wines, ciders and cocktails — you will not have an easy time making a decision on what to drink at this new gastropub at 1551 E. 15th St. That is a good thing. With more than 4,000 breweries in the U.S. and many starting up in Oklahoma, it will be a good time to try a flight of beers at Roosevelt’s.
The interior colors are brown with lots of wood and metal fixtures. Edison lights line the ceiling, along with two belt-driven ceiling fans in the center of the room. It has a classic feel and a warm and welcoming interior.
There is a large patio that can hold up to 90 people with part of it covered. The entire patio is covered with something I haven’t seen in Oklahoma before — some heavy-duty fan misters. They will cool the air by 10 to 15 degrees, just what we need in the hot months of Oklahoma.
There are lots and lots of beverage choices, especially if you are a beer drinker. Roosevelt’s has 79 taps on the wall — 70 are craft beers and nine will host ciders — wines and cocktails.
We really want to focus on the food and craft beer together and a new demographic of craft beer drinkers.
